Josefina Compagnucci (b. 1990, Córdoba, Argentina) is an artist and architect whose work delves deeply into emotional movements, seeking the right balance through her abstract creations.
Her training in both disciplines has granted her a spatial and compositional sensitivity visible in her body of works. The artist embarks on a constant process of searching for the balance of movement, a concept that drives each creative act. Her work reflects the dualities with which human beings coexist, both externally and internally, exploring the synergy between stability and movement, calm and tension, light and shadow. The canvas becomes a backdrop where colors and brushstrokes come to life, creating a rhythm that oscillates between continuity and disruption until it reaches its own harmony.
Inspired by nature, Josefina connects with its transformative power, reflecting both the serenity and intensity of life, always in constant change.
Josefina has participated in both group and solo exhibitions in Spain and Argentina. She is currently living and workings in Barcelona, where she continues to develop her artistic language and explore visual expressions to further her purpose.
